* Deadline for any inquiries or clarifications request is no later than Sunday 01:00 PM, March 31, 2024.

* Deadline for submitting offers in sealed envelope is not later than Thursday 01:00 PM, April 4, 2024.

* Global Communities reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

* Incomplete documents will not be considered.
